Terms of Use

These Terms govern the conditions under which HORUS makes www.horus-ap.com available: information about the company, its ecosystem of SaaS products (KHEOPS, SEBA, STARS, PROSPECT-P, AMON, ALPHA, ALPHA WMS, and any product added to the catalog later), its Enterprise solutions, and its contact, demo request, and automation assessment forms.

These Terms are not a license, subscription, or service agreement. Each HORUS product and each Enterprise engagement is governed by its own contractual terms (terms of sale, license agreement, or signed quote), provided at the time of subscription.

Accessing and using the site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept all or part of these conditions, you must stop using the site.

HORUS may amend these Terms at any time, in particular to reflect changes to its offering, legal obligations, or technical architecture. The version in force is the one published on the site at the time of your visit.

The site is accessible free of charge, 24/7, except for scheduled or unscheduled interruptions for maintenance, updates, or force majeure. HORUS does not guarantee continuous availability and cannot be held liable for the consequences of a temporary outage.

HORUS reserves the right to suspend, interrupt, or restrict access to all or part of the site without notice, in particular for maintenance, an identified security issue, or technical necessity.

You agree to use the site in accordance with its purpose and applicable law. The following are prohibited: any attempt at unauthorized access to HORUS systems; any bulk or automated extraction of site content (scraping); any use of the site's forms for harassment, spam, or load testing; and any action intended to disrupt the normal operation of the site or its infrastructure.

The site's forms (contact, demo, automation assessment) are protected by anti-abuse mechanisms (rate limiting, automated-behavior detection). Attempting to circumvent these protections may result in reporting and access being blocked.

The name "HORUS", its mark, logo, visual identity, text, visuals, interface elements, and site architecture are the exclusive property of HORUS or its licensors, protected by copyright and trademark law.

Reproducing, representing, modifying, publishing, extracting, or adapting all or part of the site by any means, without HORUS's prior written consent, is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

The source code, software architecture, and technical components of the HORUS ecosystem products (KHEOPS, SEBA, STARS, PROSPECT-P, AMON, ALPHA, ALPHA WMS, and the HORUS Core / Automation Layer™) remain HORUS's property, including under an Enterprise customization, unless an IP transfer has been expressly negotiated and contracted separately (see the Pricing page).

The site presents the SaaS products published by HORUS as well as its configuration, extension, and custom development services (HORUS Enterprise). Pricing information shown on the site is indicative and does not constitute a binding contractual offer.

Subscribing to a HORUS product or signing an Enterprise engagement is governed by a separate agreement (terms of sale, order form, or master agreement) specifying applicable licensing, billing, service-level, and termination terms.

The site may contain links to third-party sites. HORUS has no control over these sites and disclaims all responsibility for their content, availability, or personal data practices.

How personal data collected through the site (forms, cookies) is processed is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, accessible from the site footer.

The site and its content are provided "as is". HORUS takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of published information but does not guarantee it is free of errors, omissions, or inaccuracies — particularly regarding features described as roadmap/vision items (see the Enterprise page).

HORUS cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use, or inability to use, the site, except in cases of gross or willful misconduct, and within the limits permitted by applicable law.

HORUS may modify, evolve, or remove all or part of the site's content, features, or structure at any time, without prior notice, in particular to reflect new products joining the catalog.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts local to HORUS's registered address, subject to any mandatory legal provision to the contrary.
